Pacific Books was founded in 2016 in New York City by Elizabeth Karp-Evans and Adam Turnbull. We collaborate with the world’s leading artists and institutions to create singular publications on contemporary art and culture. With a focus on precision, beauty and simplicity in design, we strive to source the best materials with a global network of printers to produce publications that retain craft and quality for generations.
Pacific’s work in publication design and production has won awards from The American Institute of Graphic Arts, the New York Type Director’s Club and the Applied Arts Award, among others. In 2022, the Museum of Modern Art Library in New York acquired the entire Pacific catalogue.
